unsweetened almond milk
I use Blue Diamond
virgin coconut oil
scoops collagen peptides
I use Vital Proteins
Optional: pinch of cinnamon or nutmeg
Place almond milk and coconut oil into a wide-mouthed mason jar. Heat in microwave for 45 seconds.
Add collagen peptides and any seasonings to warm milk combination.
Blend with an immersion blender for about 30 seconds or until frothy.
Add desired amount of strong coffee. I recommend using a 1:2 ratio creamer blend to coffee.
If not doing a Whole30, 1-2 teaspoons of maple syrup or honey gives this a light sweetness.
